Priced in its current condition: The cast iron cistern would benefit by being sandblasted, primed and tested - this would be at extra cost. Although the varnish on the mahogany cistern box and seat is in good antique condition, it is possible for it all to be stripped back and re-French Polished - this would be at extra cost and quoted for beforehand.

NB the Pan would also benefit with a few cosmetic repairs to its screw holes and there are a few chips to the glaze - as before at extra cost. 

Presently the brass fittings are in old slightly worn Nickel Plate Finish - this can be changed to Polished Brass Finish at no extra cost.
