Prices and Carriage

(1)  Delivery of item(s) is to be quoted upon the receipt of postal code and address.

(2)  Delivery quotes given are valid for up to 48 hours upon receival of quote unless previously agreed upon otherwise.

(3)  Delivery quotes given solely reflect the carriage fee given to us by the third-party company which do not include any import or export fees that may occur regarding the shipment.

*” Agreed upon otherwise” Refers to an agreement held with us that shall follow otherwise than in accordance with the above policy.

Note: Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, any prices quoted in USD ($) or EURO (€) are for information only and therefore may differ from a final transaction.

Ordering online & Security
We understand the concerns regarding credit card transactions online. You may choose to pay for your order online using our secure checkout OR place your order without payment. Should you choose not to pay online, we will contact you by telephone to arrange payment.

Delivery Times
We attempt to despatch orders immediately, but please allow up to 28 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Shipping, Storage and Insurance

Once any item(s) has been purchased, we are happy to store the item(s) for up to 4 weeks to allow time to arrange shipping and/or delivery. We will take the utmost care of the item(s) however we cannot be held responsible if any unforeseen damage occurs. 

Once any item(s) is purchased from our store and shipment is arranged either through us or a private thid-party company, we highly recommend that insurance be purchased. Upon any item(s) leaving the premises of Stiffkey Bathrooms for delivery we no-longer hold responsibility for the item(s) in transit.

Delivery of item(s) may be arranged under the circumstances:

(1)  Item(s) sold by Stiffkey Bathrooms shall be held and remain the property of        Stiffkey Bathrooms up until the time of which any remaining balance(s) have been paid in full unless agreed upon otherwise*.

(2)  Any item(s) delivered via the customers private agreement with a third-party customer is solely the responsibility of the customer and/or the third-party company in which the contract is with.

(3)  Once item(s) sold by Stiffkey Bathrooms has been released, it is in the responsibility of the customer to insure any item(s) being delivered.

 *“Paid in full” Refers to the requirement that the full agreed-upon amount must be paid before the release of goods to the purchaser
