Refund, Returns and Guarantee Policy

Stiffkey Bathrooms will accept returns within 2 weeks from the date of dispatch. The refund will be 20% less due to re-stocking charges.

We do not offer credit notes on returned goods. If a refund is required further details will be discussed upon refund request.

We do not take responsibility of returns shipping and do recommend anything shipped to us should be tracked. We also recommend any high value goods should also be insured alongside being tracked to ensure arrival. 

Guarantee 

Stiffkey Bathrooms outsource our enamelers and platers who have a high standard of craftsmanship. 

If you require the item(s) to be resurfaced or re-plated we unfortunately cannot issue a guarantee on this item(s) to the third-party consumer (customer), however we are issued a guarantee from our platers and enamelers and we will return any defective item(s) prior to delivery.
