Refund, Returns and Guarantee Policy

Here at Stiffkey Bathrooms we hope you enjoy any and all purchase(s) you make with us, however, if you wish to return any item(s), you may do so in accordance with your statutory rights or in accordance with this returns policy.

How to return an item

As an alternative to the return options provided by your statutory rights, customers may return items purchased from Stiffkey Bathrooms under this Returns policy in accordance with the following terms:

      (1)  Any item(s) to be returned are highly recommended to be sent via a tracked service to ensure           arrival.

      (2)  Any item(s) deemed of a high value are highly recommended to be fully insured through the             respected courier.

Refunds

When a return is made following the requirements and procedures set out in this returns policy, a refund will be designated under the terms as follows:

      (1)  Any item(s) returned to Stiffkey Bathrooms outside of the 14-day cooling off period may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

      (2)  Any item(s) shall be refunded at final value including any discounts applied at the time of purchase.

      (3)  Any item(s) being refunded will be refunded via their original purchasing method unless discussed otherwise before return*.

Note: We do not offer credit notes on any and all goods returned and will be dealt with following the terms stated above.

*” Unless discussed otherwise” Refers to a previous agreement with both parties that a refund shall be designated otherwise than to the original purchasing method.

A Customer’s Statutory Rights

The returns process provided under this returns policy is provided in addition to customers’ statutory rights and this returns policy does not diminish these statutory rights in any way- it simply provides our customers with an additional returns option.

Guarantee 

Stiffkey Bathrooms outsource our enamelers and platers who have a high standard of craftsmanship. 

If you require the item(s) to be resurfaced or re-plated we unfortunately cannot issue a guarantee on this item(s) to the third-party consumer (customer), however we are issued a guarantee from our platers and enamelers and we will return any defective item(s) prior to delivery.
