Stiffkey Bathrooms have hired out antique bathroom props for many films over the years. 

In 2013 we supplied taps and accessories for the film Mortdecai starring Johnny Depp, Gwyneth Paltrow and Ewan McGregor

The same props were re-hired a year later, luckily still being in stock. 

The same year we were contacted by Laura Divenere, an interior designer based in L.A, who had been appointed by newly-wed Johnny Depp and Amber Heard to fit out their new home in L.A.

We believe Johnny Depp suggested she use our company to source a bath. 

After marking the bath as "SOLD Mr J.Depp, L.A" The story went viral on twitter, resulting in various newspaper, magazines and TV News outlets reporting the event. 

We had various camera crews and photographers arriving on a daily basis, it was even used on the satirical BBC program Have I Got News for You, in its missing words round  - Q: "Johnny Depp does what in Norwich?"  A: "Johnny Depp buys a bath in Norwich"
